My day at Core Progression Personal Training North Austin begins before the sun rises. As a personal trainer, I know the importance of practicing what I preach with proper sleep habits, but early mornings are essential in our industry.

6:00 AM – First Clients Arrive

The early birds are usually our most dedicated clients – corporate professionals and busy parents who make fitness a priority before their workday begins. The gym floor comes alive with the gentle hum of treadmills and the occasional clang of weights.

9:00 AM – Mid-Morning Assessment

Between sessions, I conduct fitness assessments for new members. Today’s focus is helping a client recovering from knee surgery, coordinating with their physical therapy plan to ensure safe progression.

5:00 PM – Evening Rush

The after-work crowd fills our North Austin facility with energy. It’s inspiring to see the dedication of our members who make fitness a priority after long workdays.

7:30 PM – Wrap Up

As the day winds down, I spend time updating client files and preparing for tomorrow’s sessions. The satisfaction of helping people transform their lives makes every early morning worth it.
